  1. Financial Support: Specialty Construction Management Inc. has the necessary financial capability to perform the contract. Upon contract award, Specialty Construction management Inc. will provide sufficient operating capital to the site to cover all phase-in and initial performance costs.
  2. Management Support: Mrs. Joginder Kaur, President, will retain corporate responsibility for the successful operation of the contract. She will exercise her controls through financial management of the On-Call/IDIQ effort. Subcontractors, suppliers. Payrolls and expenses and other Capital expenses will be administered, monitored, and paid through the home office, where the office accounting system is currently established.
  3. Home Office Interface: Based on the 22 years of contracting experience of our project management staff, we believe one of the major problems of any contractual effort is the lack of authority/responsibility given by corporate headquarters to its on-site project management staff. Decisions cannot and will not be made until corporate approval is obtained. Specialty Construction Management Inc. policy is in the best interest of the county. The Office of Central Services, PG county contracting authorities should expect and receive immediate response and action to their civil engineering requirements.
