SCM has one of the more competitive benefits packages in the industry. Not only do we provide our employees with a full spectrum of benefits, but employees also may elect coverage for their spouses, children, and domestic partners.

Health Care
Employee eligibility is effective 90 days of the employment date. Employee contributes 20% of premium; employer contributes 80% of premium

401(k) PLAN
Created to help employees plan for a comfortable retirement, SCM matches employee contributions 50 cents on the dollar for the employee’s first 10% of their salary. All employees meet the eligibility for 401(k) after one year of employment.

Profit Sharing Plan
Specialty Construction Management Inc. offers its employees, after one year of continuous employment, a Profit Sharing Plan. This plan is based on the profitability of the company for the calendar year. Each Year by the end of May, if profitable, the Company will contribute to the Profit Sharing Pool. These monies will then be paid to each qualifying employee based on salary levels.

Vacation Leave
SCM allows all of its employees one week of vacation per year. Vacation time cannot be rolled over to the next year and all request must be made two weeks in advance.

Paid Holidays
Paid Holidays are recognized by SCM only if the holiday falls on a normally schedule workday.

  1. New Year’s Day (Jan. 1)
  2. Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  3. Independence Day (July 4th or as observed by the federal Government)
  4. Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  5. Thanksgiving Day (Last Thursday in November)
  6. The Friday after Thanksgiving
  7. Christmas Day (Dec. 25 or as observed by the Federal Government)
