Scheduling is a key aspect in planning a project and SCM’s management team has set in place various tools to track and ensure that a project is completed within the time planned. Its ability to ensure timeliness of performance goes back to the strength behind the Management Plan. Furthermore, controlling cost is crucial to any construction project. Within our plan, SCM’s practical experience has led to a streamline system from defining the scope of work, analyzing in-house and subcontractor pricing, overseeing and controlling project and cost to the end result of competing the project within the budgeted amount. This is overseen by our Vice-President and controlled by project managers, which is set forth through our Management Plan.
