Specialty Construction Management, Inc. (SCM) is a small, woman owned business providing professional construction and maintenance services. SCM is centrally located on 8th Street NW Washington, DC. Currently, we have team of over 50 professionals and offer the services of General Construction, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, security engineers, CAD/CAMF technicians and administrative personnel comprise the balance of the staff. We provide expert services to Federal, State and Local agencies around the DC Metropolitan area. Since its conception in 1997, SCM has performed and completed various General Construction, electrical & complex Mechanical projects.

Our customers include but not limited to the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Navy, General Services Administration, PENREN, the Department of Defense U.S. Air Force Academy, Army Corps of Engineers, General Services Administration, Department of Energy, Department of Justice, Department of Veterans Affairs and the District of Columbia. While working at these facilities, SCM has adhered to the strict code of Quality Control and Safety.
